Black Sabbitch at The Brook, Southampton – November 6, 2025

News

BlondPix captured a night of thunderous nostalgia as Black Sabbitch stormed The Brook in Southampton with a performance that was both reverent and electrifying. The all-female Sabbath tribute band delivered a masterclass in doom-laden rock, leaving no doubt why they’ve earned praise from legends like Dave Grohl and Ozzy Osbourne.

From the moment the house lights dimmed and the first riff of “War Pigs” tore through the venue, The Brook was transformed into a shrine of Sabbath worship. Black Sabbitch didn’t just play the songs—they embodied them. Their set was a visceral journey through the heaviest corners of the Sabbath catalogue, restoring the swing and raw energy that defined the originals.

The band’s chemistry was undeniable. Each member channelled the spirit of the Birmingham four with precision and passion but added their own fierce edge. The lead guitarist’s tone was molten and menacing, while the drummer’s fills echoed with thunderous intent. Vocals soared and snarled in equal measure, capturing Ozzy’s eerie cadence with a fresh, commanding presence.
BlondPix Media was on hand to document the spectacle, and the images tell the story: sweat-slicked solos, crowd-surfing euphoria, and moments of pure sonic transcendence. The lighting at The Brook—moody reds and purples—cast the band in a hellish glow, perfect for the Sabbath aesthetic. Every shot captured by BlondPix amplified the atmosphere, from the hypnotic sway of “Planet Caravan” to the explosive finale of “Children of the Grave.”
